We are proud of our heritage, and we want your STAG leather goods to accompany you for a lifetime.

What’s Covered?

• Lifetime free repair on any manufacturing defect or functional issue.
  
• Valid only on purchases made without using any discount code or sale coupon.
  
• If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one one-time only after the original product is returned to our registered address.
  
• Repairs include stitching issues, broken buckles, lining separation, handle detachment, etc.
  
• Zipper repairs are covered only within the first 6 months from the date of purchase.
  

What’s Not Covered?

Our lifetime warranty does not cover:

• Products bought in the Clearance sale.
• Regular wear and tear from usage, including:
  
  • Scratches, scuffs, and abrasions
    
  • Leather softening, creasing, or patina development
    
• Zipper damage after 6 months from the date of purchase.
  
• Any damage caused by water, moisture, or humidity in the environment.
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme weather, or improper care.

How to Claim Your Lifetime Warranty

Getting your product repaired is easy:

1. Email us at:
   repair@saintstag.com
   
2. Use the subject line:
   “Lifetime Warranty”
   
3. Include the following in your email:
   
   • Order number
     
   • Clear photos of the product and the issue
     
   • A brief explanation of the problem
     
   • Your current shipping address
     

We will review your request and get back to you with the next steps within 3–5 business days.

Repair or Replacement Process

• Once approved, you’ll be guided to ship your product to our registered address.
  
• Our in-house leather experts will examine and repair your item with care.
  
• If repair is not possible, a new replacement will be shipped to you only once per product.
  
• The replacement will only be issued after the original item is received by us.
  

Fair Use & Policy Notes

• Warranty is subject to availability of original parts and materials.
  
• In case of discontinued products, we will offer a similar or upgraded replacement.
  
• Replacement requests will be honored once per product only under this policy.
