ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and we do not accept returns for Personalized orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The product returns will not be accepted after 15 days of delivery for any reason, whatsoever. Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will be considered damage by use of the product. Any manufacturing defects can be brought to notice within 24 hours of delivery itself to be considered for free return eligibility. If products are damaged by use then they will not be eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless and until the item received is damaged, wrong, and broken. Shipping is non-refundable.

We sell handcrafted leather goods and 5-10% variation of leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, the difference in thread color, and some leather uneven cuts can be there in our products. We always try to reduce that %, but due to human imperfections that might occur. We do not count those issues as manufacturing defects and we do not offer free returns for such issues.

Leather butterfly chairs need basic assembling knowledge as they are DIY products. For issues that occur while assembling the chair, we do not offer any free return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect so before making a purchase make sure that you have knowledge about assembling butterfly chairs.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item by email or phone call. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case you have second thoughts just after making the payment, you can drop an email at (email) with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
