Yes, all Saint Stag products come with a lifetime free repair warranty, subject to our terms and conditions. This includes repairs for stitching, buckles, zippers, and straps due to regular usage. Please note, damages caused by water, excessive humidity, mishandling, or misuse are not covered.
2. What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this period. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
3. Are your products made of genuine leather?
Yes. Every Saint Stag product is handcrafted from premium full grain leather, known for its durability, strength, and natural aging process. This is the highest grade of leather, ensuring a long-lasting and timeless product.
4. Can I personalize my product?
Definitely! We offer customization options like name, initials, or logo engraving. Simply select the personalization option while placing your order and enter the details. Please note: personalized products are not eligible for return unless there is a mistake from our side.
5. Is gift packing available?
Yes, we provide complimentary gift packing. Please mention “Gift Pack” in the remarks section during checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
6. Can I return a personalized product?
No, personalized products cannot be returned unless the wrong product was delivered or there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before confirming your order.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
- Within India: 5–7 business days
- International Orders: 8–14 business days
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

12. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

13. I entered the wrong address/personalization details. What can I do?
If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping or personalization details, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
14. Do you kill animals to make leather products?
No, we do not kill animals for leather. All our leather is sourced as a by-product of the meat industry. Instead of letting hides go to waste, we repurpose them into long-lasting, functional goods. This approach supports a circular economy and reduces waste.
15. Is leather sustainable and ethical?
When sourced responsibly, leather is one of the most sustainable materials. It is durable, biodegradable, and often outlasts synthetic alternatives by decades. By using hides that would otherwise be discarded, we ensure a minimal environmental footprint.
16. Why should I choose real leather over PU or vegan leather?
Great question! While “vegan leather” and PU (polyurethane) may sound eco-friendly, they’re actually plastic-based and can take hundreds of years to break down. In contrast:
- Full grain leather is natural and biodegradable

- It lasts much longer, reducing the need for replacements
So, investing in real leather means less waste and better quality over time.
